What OwnSpot is

OwnSpot is a public, paid-placement leaderboard. Businesses pay to have their product listed; the listing with the highest cumulative payment ranks first. We are not a directory of merit, an endorsement, or a review platform.

What you buy

A payment buys sponsored placement on the board at a rank determined by your cumulative total relative to others at the moment your payment verifies. Positions are not reserved during checkout and may change as others bid. No impressions, traffic, clicks, customers, or duration at any position are promised.

Your responsibilities

• Only submit listings you own or are authorized to promote.
• Provide accurate listing information; do not mislead visitors.
• Do not submit prohibited content (see Rules).
• Do not attempt to manipulate rankings, clicks, or payments.

Moderation

We may edit, hide, or remove listings and refuse refunds for listings removed due to deliberate policy violations. Ownership disputes may be resolved manually by our team.

Payments

All payments are processed by our payment provider (Razorpay). Bids are cumulative and non-expiring in V0. Refund conditions are described in the Rules. Getting outbid is not grounds for a refund.

Liability & changes

The service is provided “as is.” We may change these terms or the product; material changes will be reflected on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
